When will my order ship?Orders are usually processed within 3-4 working days (ie Monday – Saturday). We are continuously striving to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer.

Through what carrier do you ship?We only work with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time, but also, in perfect condition. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also provide you with the option of tracking your delivery. Domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500/-.

Do you ship internationally?At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms about call, you will constantly receive updates regarding your parcel via email and SMS. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest.

I would like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final. Pinaka Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. ​ 1. Damaged Product: Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that you must provide us unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request. In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method or via online cash transfer in case of COD for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us. We won’t be charging you any return shipping or handling fees. To initiate the return in case of damaged products, please contact us on info@pinakajewellery.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9394631145 ​2. Dislike: In case of dislike of any product upon delivery, a return won't be arranged by us due to the affordable nature of our product. However, if you dislike a product you can return it back to us within 2 days of receiving the order and we will proceed with the refund upon delivery of the same. Please note that the shipping charges won't be refunded by us. You can mail us at info@pinakajewellery.com to initiate the return process and we will guide you accordingly. ​ Please note that we only accept unused and unworn items. ​ Return Process in case of Dislike: Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with us via email info@pinakajewellery.com or WhatsApp +91 9394631145 to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it and guide you further. Ship the item to the address we provide. Share the tracking details with us. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery). Please ensure that the address we provide is securely pasted on the returns box. Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 2 days. ​ You will receive a refund to your original payment method or via online cash transfer in case of COD for the price of the disliked item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us, provided that the product is not used and is in good condition. Upon Rejection of the same refund won't be initiated. How will I get the refund after return?COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via online cash transfer within 7 business days. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item through the original payment method used within 7 business days.

I would like to cancel something I have bought:We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges.

What modes of payment do you accept?We are currently accepting Cash On Delivery only.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?Yes, Cash On Delivery is available. For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product is open, do not accept the order. No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery. Do you provide any warranty?We currently don't provide any warranties. Please refer to Jewellery Care guide to maintain your jewellery for a long time.
